  From the beginning when we were asking questions about the puppy Billy got very defensive I even got a very aggressive phone call from David. After sorting things out, we decided to trust her and get the puppy. Trusting her, when we picked up the pup we didn't inspect her fully cause she looked like she was healthy and we were so excited but when we got home we found out she had a Staph infection and Demodex that our vet confirmed that following Monday. We also didn't have a copy of our contract and the health certificate inside the folder that she gave us with the rest of the paperwork. She emailed me a health certificate four days later, dated three days after we picked up our puppy not declaring her Inverted vulva, Demodex or Staph infection. A month later our puppy couldn't walk our vet diagnosed her with a malformation, at that point we spoke with Billy and decided, (HEARTBROKENLY!!!!) to take her back. Her lack of apathy for the whole situation really worry’s us for the pups she may still be breeding. She didn't refund us all of the money back stating that the contract says no cash refund but it also states the pup will come with a health certificate and be HEALTHY!!! breaching her own contract herself. A compassionate breeder that cared about his dogs and puppies would have handled it in a righteous honest way!!
